Abstract
This paper helps to know the importance of performance appraisal for employees in restaurants. The Main objective of the study is to identify key areas and shortcomings to focus in order to improve the performance appraisal of employees in anrestaurant.
Here Samples of 8 were taken to study the performance appraisal of the organization. Primary data was collected from employees with the help of questionnaires. Generally tools such as graphical method, percentage method and correlation have been used for analysis and interpretation of data.
