Abstract

Motivation is the process of management by which employees will encourage to achieve the objective of the organization. The concept of motivation should be implementing in the organization. Management practice, Reward management, working culture and environmental factor are the key factor to enhance the motivation of the employees. If employees will motivate, more work satisfaction and they can achieve the objective of organization in effective manner.
