Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the job satisfaction of teachers of Private school teachers and in sample of 64 teachers working in different schools of Delhi. The sample consisted of teachers working for full time, with varying demographic details. Quantitative methods were used to collect the data which included data collection through questionnaire and in depth interviews. Hence, this study tries to bring readers attention to work related issues of primary teachers.
