OCCUPATIONAL STRESS AND ITS EFFECT ON TEACHER EDUCATORS

Abstract

This study focus on finding out the Impact of occupational stress among teacher educators of B.Ed. colleges. The researcher has used descriptive research design. For conducting the study 120 samples were collected out of 400 teacher educators. Here the researcher has used stratified random sampling to collect the samples from the universe. For collecting the data researcher has used questionnaire. Finally the researcher analyzed the data using survey method and found that there is a considerable level of impact of occupational stress on teacher educators. This article attempts to provide an overview of the occurrence of stress among educators. In the light of this, the article focuses on different models of occupational stress and identifies key factors that may have an impact on occupational stress among educators.
