Abstract

The contemporary integration of computer and com¬munication technologies is facilitating the trend towards the virtual workplace. As the growth in the tech-nological education accelerates, higher educational institutions face new challenges to cope up with their new organizational structure. These include under¬standing the emergent environment system for higher education, the changing social responsibility of the edu¬cationist, and the dynamic requirements of the knowl¬edge seeker for innovative solutions. It is, indeed a newer perspective for the higher educational institu¬tions to manage the complexity of the new social and education organization that is exacerbated by the increasing creative appetite for disbanding convention¬al teaching and research, and re-conceptualizing them *i ji unusual talent to inspire teamwork among contrib¬utors of knowledge with diverse expertise in education-innovation.
