Abstract

The proposed study seeks to investigate the difference in the Customer Relationship Management practices in six retail outlets in NCR. The study explore CRM by studying Customer loyalty as an independent variable. The purpose of this paper is to suggest an integrated framework for designing, implementing and evaluating a CRM system in retail sector.
