Abstract

From the evolution of crude banking to the present day social Banking , there has been a saga of the curious study of the relationship between the employer and the employee through a common code of conduct and some kind of ethics of the Service Regulations. The employment may be permanent or regular, contractual or casual but be all for the sales of the product and service for which the employee gets salary emoluments.
