ANALYZING QUALITY OF WORK LIFE IN UNIVERSITIES OF HARYANA: EVIDENCE FROM DESCRIPTIVE STATISTICS

Abstract

Quality of Work Life is provided by Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar was studied through the present paper. The study was conducted in 2014 and various statistical tools and techniques like measures of measures of Central Tendency and percentage were applied; the study found that University provide opportunities to attain higher qualifications, provide good accommodation in the campus, water and electricity are available round the clock, all sports facilities are here for entire family, good and committed workers are highly respected. The quality of work life in University is very good as comparison to other Government offices according to the perceptions of respondents.
