COMPRASION BETWEEN PHYSICAL EDUCATION LECTURER AND OTHER SUBJECT LECTURER REGARDING ‘ADJUSTMENT PROBLEM’THROUGH PHYSICAL TRAINING PROGRAME

Abstract

The physical education concerns with physical development of a child and The physical education concerns influences on physical, emotional and moral aspects. ‘Adjustment problem’ are directly related to the physical training programe. Result of findings reveals that ‘Adjustment in physical educational lecturer is high. It may be attributed by physical education training imparted to them. Physical educational lecturers are trained to face the challenging situations. They always try to found out the solutions. On the basis of findings it may be justifiable indicated that physical education lecturer are in general better organizer, more industrious, self confident, possess leadership qualities and show better initiatives than those who have not undergone physical educational training. The findings of the study suggest that physical education training programs much more useful for developing non-cognitive aspects of youth which are desirable to a good citizen.
