EMERGING TRENDS IN INDIAN CONSUMER’S BUYING BEHAVIOUR

Abstract

In recent years, the Indian consumer’s pattern of spending their earnings has changed. There are various factors which are bringing changes in the buying behaviour of present day consumer, which include: urbanization, changing lifestyle, increased consumer awareness, rising disposable income, changing demographics, penetration of social media and internet etc. This change in buying behaviour of consumers has led to a great challenge for the survival and growth of business organizations producing consumer goods.
