Abstract

This Paper focuses on the concept “Counterfeiting”. Counterfeiting refers to the process of altering or distributing the product which is of less value than original’s product value. This is a serious problem prevailing in almost all the sectors of the economies of the world. It has some negative effects which have studied in this research paper with some measures to protect from the application of this concept counterfeiting. More prevention will cause more and more growth and development in almost every countries in respect of per capita income, employment, market structure etc.
