Abstract

Empowerment is a concept that attracts scholars to improve the performance of management. Empowerment influences development of people and organizational effectiveness. The present paper highlights the attitude of management and concern towards employees in an organization. Now a day’s many organizations have recognized empowerment as a major tool to achieve its objectives with in a stipulated time frame.
