Abstract

It has been sixty eight years of Independence, despite of all efforts, India is still struggling to provide quality education. One of the most powerful tool to achieve this is encourage community to participate in school development. Community especially local community participating and contributing for school developement is most important aspect of achiveing qulaity education. This paper attempts to explain positive efforts made by local community to contribute school devlopemnt thorugh various activities.
