Abstract

This research is designed to study the application of mathematical methods, computer science, statistics and economic theory in the practice of finance to achieve various financial goals and particularly in the management of financial risks. Financial Engineering involves the design, development and the formation of creative tailor made solutions to problems in the finance. It deals with mathematical consistency and not compatibility with economic theory. Financial Engineering is a multidisciplinary field involving financial theory, the methods of engineering, the tools of mathematics and the practice of programming.
