Abstract

The role of HR Professionals has changed drastically in the recent past. Now their area of work has expanded from management of HR to formulation of rules, regulations, and strategy to govern the organization. Interest of shareholders and public, profit of organization, Foreign Direct Investment reflects the working and performance of the HR Professionals. Now HR Professionals are playing very vital role in corporate governance means in formulation of rules and regulations. The reason of increase in the work area of HR Professionals is that they know or they have experience about the Human Resources in the organization, or they have knowledge about the competition prevailing in the market
