Abstract

In today Business era, utmost importance is given to Human Resource. We know that there are major four resources available to a business i.e. Money, Material, Machine and Man. Out of these four only Man (Human) is active factor and rest are inactive. In this paper, along with the introduction and definition, the role and importance of HRM for business is discussed.
