Abstract

Issues arising out of economic process have significantly influenced public administration. stock-still within the movement towards ‘reinventing government’ the concept of ‘deregulatory government’ rests on the idea ‘that if a number of the constraints on action (in the shape of government officials formalities) were eliminated, the govt. might perform its current functions a lot of expeditiously and be able to undertake new and inventive activities to enhance the collective welfare of the society. That public administration cares with relationship among state, market and citizenship is being questioned. The amendment within the philosophical climate, that of economic relaxation has set a replacement agenda for Public Administration.
