Abstract
अध्यापक के महत्व को स्पष्ट करते हुए डाॅ. राधाकृष्णन ने लिखा ‘‘समाज में अध्यापक का स्थान महत्वपूर्ण है। यह एक पीढ़ी से दूसरी पीढ़ी को बौद्धिक परम्पराओं और तकनीकी कौशल पहुॅंचाने का केन्द्र है और सभ्यता के प्रकाष को प्रज्ज्वलित रखने में सहायक होता है।
