Email Id. chiragmdarji@yahoo.com Abstract: As we all know that India is having a strong youth power but this sentence can be spoken with full of courage only when the youth is empowered and which helps to make it empowered. Generally the people who come under the age limit of 18 to 50 we considered them youth. Here, this paper I focus the people who come under the age limit of 18 to 30. We all know that the responsibility to preserve Human rights is generally on youth. Every day In the news paper you will find the cases where human rights are violated especially the people who come under the age limit of 18 to 40 are much involved in it. The question arises that why do they do such kind of works? The answer which comes to my mind is that Do they really educated? Is it not the case of defective education system? Is the education system valuable one?
