Abstract

We are living in the world of skill and knowledge. For surviving in this world, every human being needs up to date knowledge and skills for performing the particular job. In this context, training and development is provided to employees by the organization because no organization can survive too without this too. It is provided to employees when job becomes more complex. It is necessary for each and every organization and employees for raising the skill levels of them. This research paper ascertain the effectiveness of the training and development program in selected banks of district Aligarh. In this study, researcher selected two public sector banks SBI and BOI with the sample size of 50.
