Abstract

Early childhood education regards education in early childhood, one of the most vulnerable stages in life. Early childhood education is learning about the development of young children. Early childhood education takes many forms depending on the beliefs of the educator or parent. This paper deals with need, role and impact of early childhood education on personality development of a person.
