Abstract

Companies are continuing to invest majorly in human capital. HR leaders have to work closely with senior management to attract, hire, develop and retain the best talent in today’s changing Global economy. It is an undisputed fact that HR can and should add more value to the organization. A recent study shows that 85% of HR executives state that the “single greatest challenge in workforcemanagement is creating or maintaining their companies’ ability to compete for talent.”1 The strategic leverage is earned only through effective talent management today.
