Abstract

Physically, mentally, intellectually, socially, economically and emotionally, we all are different from each other. Our need, abilities, potentials and capacities are different. Providing equity in education is one of them. In today’s world education is one of the human rights; no child can be deprived from this right. As we all are unique, we all have individual needs but there are some children who have special educational needs (SEN). A child has Special Educational Needs: if he has a learning difficulty which calls for special educational provision to be made for him/her. (Source: educational act 1996, section 312). Now a days, education system is moving towards Inclusive education, according to which school needs to adapt itself according to the needs of the children.
