Abstract

The increasing human being population all over the world created on urgent need for more agricultural production for sustaining the growing population. A large number of agricultural are distroied by pests. So, to control the pest a set of toxic substance have evolved known as pesticides like 2,4-D and 2,4,S-T. Some of the herbicides are quite toxic for animals and also bring wide range of effect on ecotoxicity (Ecosystem). It’s result into Biomagnifications. In this study , to understand the toxic and histopathological effect of herbicides like 2,4-D and 2,4,5-T on animals preferably kidney. For this, Guinea pig ( Cavia Parcellus) has taken as animals model research work has done by test of oral toxicity, determination of LD50 Value, determination of Histopathological Changes induced by herbicides, It is observed that administration of 2,4-D and 2,4,5-T rupturing of Bowman’s Capsule, Glomeruli, enlargement of human of blood vessels, degeneration of interlobular artery and fibrosis. The cells of collecting duct also shown enlargement. In this study it is clear seen that herbicides like 2,4-D and 2,4,5-T affects the animals.
